Vice President, Product Management - Economic AdvisoryMastercard is looking for a Vice President to establish and scale its economic advisory capabilities in partnership with the Mastercard Economics Institute (MEI). MEI was launched in 2020 to drive macroeconomic thought leadership as part of Mastercard's efforts to build a more inclusive and sustainable economy. The MEI team of economists and data scientists utilizes data sets from within Mastercard and beyond to analyze macroeconomic trends, and a next chapter of growth is to bring these powerful insights to life for clients navigating an uncertain macroeconomic environment. This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to build upon the success of MEI and create a new economic advisory line of business.Responsibilities
• Establish vision: Set overall aspiration and strategy in tandem with MEI
• Define capabilities: Clearly articulate the product (economic advisory offerings), target customers, and value proposition and refine through an agile approach
• Lead go-to-market: Determine our positioning and differentiation in the economic advisory landscape and build sales traction and pipeline in collaboration with business development
• Manage P&L: Own the P&L for economic advisory services, setting revenue and margin targets and ensuring they are met
• Drive impact: Build a team of trusted economic advisors to senior clients and create measurable value for them through the work we do
Ideal candidate
• Experience defining, selling, and/or delivering economic advisory services at a top economic consulting or strategy consulting firm
• Ability to break down and communicate complex ideas in dynamic situations
• History of navigating ambiguity in an unstructured, high-growth environment
• High level of ownership, quantitative acumen, creativity, and entrepreneurship

Westchester County Salary Range: $212,000 - $328,000
