Software Engineer II (PM Support Engineer)Overview:

Finicity, a Mastercard company is expanding in International markets outside of US and building connectivity to Financial institutions. We are in need of team members who can provide support - make fixes to scripts written to integrate with the Financial Institutions.

Role:

The PM Support Engineer role will utilize the services of the engineer to provide fixes/modifications to the script to ensure scripts work in production. The goal for the engineer would be to take the cases registered by clients to make code changes and move the changes to production. The key roles and responsibilities are:
- Provide Technical Support or production support to provide code fixes
- Analyze problems, issues identified and identify code fixes to resolve the issue
- Work in a rotational shift to support international business and stakeholders
- Develop and modify existing integrations using Javascript
- Work in a large team to collaboratively work towards meeting goals.

All About You:

We are looking for Support Engineers with expertise in Javascript technologies, HTML, Node JS, REST API, JSON to provide technical support and make fixes to scripts during the Operational and Support phases of the International projects. We are looking for the following attributes in a qualified candidate:
- 1-3 Years of Experience in providing Technical and Production support
- Experience working in large teams to work towards team goals
- Expertise in HTML, Node JS, HTTP, JSON, REST, Typescript, SQL
- Strong Logical Reasoning skills required
- Good analytical skills required
- Good communication skills required
- Banking and Financial services domain knowledge preferred
