Title and Summary
Senior Vice President, Processor & Acquirer, Account Management Lead Overview:To address the market needs and our business, the SVP, Processor & Acquiring will lead a combined team of account managers for both acceptance and issuing processing side. This includes delivery of our core services, value added services, emerging payments, new payments, optimization programs, while leveraging Mastercard's strong brand, technology, operations and risk platforms to deliver bottom line results to the issuer, acquires, processors and Mastercard. This also requires critical alignment with our internal partners to ensure we bring channel ready products and services to the market.

• Have you led and worked within cross-functional teams (internal / external) that include representation from Marketing, Product, Operations, Market Research and Technology to drive revenue and advance business within a large enterprise?
Role:
• This role has primary responsibility for achieving our business goals with large and small issuer processors & acquires and credit union/community bank aggregators.
• Initiate interactive business conversations with key decision makers around new or emerging issuing opportunities with focus on bringing new revenue opportunities to Mastercard.
• Provide consultative industry and Mastercard insights in alignment with segment needs.
• Continuously review client and market landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to ensure client and Mastercard business objectives are met.
• Implement sales plan designs to include business development, advertising, marketing and product management activities with customers, prospects and internal Mastercard contacts to identify new business opportunities and product ideas.
• Build relationships with the processors' and acquirers sales forces to train them on the value proposition of the Mastercard partnership and ensure they are strong Mastercard advocates.
• Collaborate with the issuer processors and acquires to establish and execute annual business planning and quarterly review sessions to establish, monitor and report progress against joint objectives.
• Negotiate, execute and manage the contract agreement process, ensuring alignment of resources and information sharing.
• Work closely with our large diverse team to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within a client.
All About You:
• Experience with sales and account management in the payments industry; processing experience and/or technical aptitude is important.
• Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing complex, competitive sales efforts, using sales strategies, internal influence and insights to secure the win.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels including executive management.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills and a proven track record of creating valuable solutions.
• Ability to manage and grow internal and external cross functional relationships and partnerships.
• A creative leader who is proactive identifying opportunities growth
• A leader who not only has card knowledge but also knowledge on areas like multi rail like open banking
