The Role
The Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) team is responsible for product management and innovative product development of products and services to address the evolving risk and security needs of all Mastercard's various customer segments. The C&I Network, Regions, and Platforms team is comprised of three functions:
• Network Solutions, responsible for developing strategy and delivering solutions that drive easy connectivity, expand network reach, and distribute services.
• Regional Engagement, which includes partnering with the vertical and regional teams to further the C&I strategy
• Cyber Product Integration, which is responsible for driving the group's platform strategy and efficiently manage all product development in conjunction with product groups and O&T

This highly visible Senior Specialist, Revenue & Sales Enablement, role will be critical to advancing the team's priorities and C&I through collaboration across the company. This is the ideal role for someone seeking exposure to a broad spectrum of functions including strategy development, product development and management, including GTM planning, financial operations and team leadership. The role will report to the VP, Revenue & Sales Enablement. Responsibilities will vary to meet the most pressing business needs but can include:

Drive C&I Revenue Growth by tapping into Alternative Fundings
• Enable the stakeholders – led the efforts to get the raw data, clean, map, and maintain all the related databases. Engage with CRS, Finance and others to continuously update and maintain all the databases
• Training, create guidelines and principles – help develop and execute training sessions across C&I and other functions (Finance) as needed. Define guidelines and principles to distribute data to ensure compliance with all the requirements
• Execute – engage with sales, product, regional teams to partner in revenue driving initiatives that use alternative funding
• Tracking, Measure and Reporting – Partner with Finance to define the processes to track and measure performance. Design, create, maintain KPI reports to be shared with management.
• Operations – partner with Finance, Billing and other functions as needed

Other
 Participate/collaborate in strategic projects initiated by Global and/or you in the Region(s)
 Work with other functions (Product, Legal, Billing, etc) to support, drive and implement price and billing optimization initiatives as need it

 Strong intellectual curiosity, out of the box thinker, creative, with strong analytical skills, proficient with data and knowledgeable of Mastercard data (Warehouse, Incentives, etc) a plus
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint

NYC Salary Range: $129,950 - $201,250
Westchester County Salary Range: $113,000 - $175,000
