The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.
Advisors, Managed Services focuses on delivering digital marketing consulting and execution capabilities for Mastercard's customer verticals: financial institutions, governments, retailers and e-commerce

Role
• Develop and implement marketing solutions that include data-driven digital marketing initiatives, marketing automation, integrated marketing programs, business development, acquisition, portfolio marketing management, product launches to support the growth of our customers
• Support the roll out of scalable and automated market-centric digital marketing solutions.
• Identify and drive relevant innovative technologically driven digital marketing platforms and productization to drive scale, growth and performance in markets
• Participate and support business development initiatives to win new marketing driven projects
• Evaluate and work with external marketing related partners with effective platforms, capabilities, expertise and innovative solutions that best support the growth of our business.
• Negotiate, execute and manage end-to-end digital marketing processes and implementation, ensuring global linkage of resources and information sharing
• Provide marketing support and advice to internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing initiatives that drive optimal returns and results.
• Evidence strategic value and strong ROI through key digital marketing strategies and initiatives which span from acquisition to Life Cycle Marketing programs which drive profitable customer live value
• Manage projects, P&L and end-to-end executions in a timely manner
• Manage complex projects and multiple internal and external stakeholders across different functions

• Leadership: Effectively motivates a group of top consultants to act towards a common goal
• Passion: Actively seeks responsibility and takes pride in delivering the highest quality results and recommendations to our clients.
• Problem Solving: Leads definition and development of deliverables to solve client problems, address difficult client situations, and produce actionable recommendations for clients.
• BA in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Business with a strong quantitative focus. Masters degree a plus
• 12+ years integrated marketing experience with experience in digital marketing in leading financial institutions, digital agencies or leading global merchant verticals
• Strong marketing knowledge and understanding of marketing fundamentals. Ability to lead, assess and drive digital marketing solutions with clients
• Strong in building relationships and managing internal and external stakeholders
• Meticulous with excellent co-ordination and project management skills
• Ability to strive in a matrix organization and structure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
