Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team, leading business development efforts within the rapidly evolving Fintech and Digital Partnership landscape at Mastercard Singapore. This role will be instrumental in identifying strategic growth opportunities, managing key partner relationships, and driving revenue generation by leveraging Mastercard's cutting-edge payment platform.

Role and Responsibilities:

 Lead comprehensive market research and strategic analysis to identify emerging trends, pain points, and high-impact opportunities within the Fintech and Digital ecosystem across the Asia-Pacific region.
 Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account management of Fintech partners, ensuring strong relationship management, timely issue resolution, and proactive engagement to drive partner success.
 Own and manage a robust sales pipeline for Fintech and Digital partnership initiatives, including sourcing new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and overseeing ongoing partnerships.
 Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—product, customer delivery, account management, marketing, data services, and finance—to develop and scale the Fintech and Digital partnership vertical.
 Develop financial models and business cases for new opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
 Lead or support the negotiation and implementation of commercial deals, particularly with Mandarin-speaking prospects and partners.
 Track and report progress of partnership opportunities, ensuring accurate updates in CRM systems and effective communication with regional and global stakeholders.
 Contribute to achieving ambitious revenue growth targets and support strategic planning initiatives to maintain Mastercard's competitive edge in the Fintech space.

All About You:

 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services, technology, or consulting, with a strong understanding of Fintech products and services.
 Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, with a track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from complex data sets.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in engineering, business, or related disciplines is preferred.
 Fluent Mandarin speaker, with strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
 Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and passion for innovation in the Fintech space.
