Manager, Partner MarketingOverview
Mastercard has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager in Marketing to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Partner Marketing, and work as a core part of the Canada Integrated Marketing and Communications (IMC) team. The role will work closely with our valued Issuing and Acquiring partners, internal cross-functional groups, and external agencies to build and deliver B2B and B2B2C marketing initiatives to drive mutually beneficial customer relationships.

Role
• Develop Issuer & Acquirer-specific marketing strategies & turnkey programs from program ideation through execution and post market results tracking and analysis
• Collaborate with sales teams in delivering comprehensive planning sessions to our customers with the goal of identifying joint initiatives and partnering around mutual objectives
• Support application and customization of Mastercard assets (consumer intelligence, brand, and other Mastercard marketing assets including but not limited to sponsorships and promotions) to address partner's stated business needs
• Work collaboratively with Mastercard's marketing agencies to develop compelling briefs for effective creative execution
• Champion the Mastercard brand and ensure that all partner initiatives best leverage our brand personality, look and feel, and core values
• Participate in cross-functional teams that address the development and implementation of global and regional programs and services
• Participate in the proactive sharing with partners of Mastercard's ongoing marketing activity and priority areas, as well as thought leadership insights
• Support the sales teams in delivering enhanced marketing value through contribution to sales pitches

• A self-starter who can work independently to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Strong relationship management skills, for the purpose of delivering marketing value and business growth to Mastercard
• Creative and agile thinker possessing high level of comfort with fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize, multitask and manage to deadlines while being focused on delivering results
• Solid understanding of balancing and prioritizing needs of multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial technology & payments business is an asset. Fluency in French an asset
