Role:
• Responsible for a broad range of finance related responsibilities and acts as a finance generalist for Services in North America
• Activities include short / long-term planning, contract management, pricing, and product management
• Drives aspects of financial reporting related needs and requirements for the Services unit in North America (e.g.. budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, target setting)
• Provides financial insights to leadership, leveraging an advanced understanding of budgeting and forecasting at detailed levels; assists in creating the quarterly review and CEO deck
• Embodies the LBF initiative by partnering with regions, business units, business partners and/or corporate to assist in developing, analyzing and validating new business opportunities
• Supports business partners to ensure alignment with targets; performs variance analysis to deliver and articulate arguments in an effective manner
• Assists with strategy and process improvements related to budgeting, forecasting, systems and other key areas to ensure alignment with market objectives; proactively identifies ways to improve processes and executes agreed upon improvements
• Ensures compliance with ERM policies and committees by managing internal audits and SOX testing; fosters a strong control environment to mitigate risks

All About You:
• University degree in a financial or related field
• Extensive experience in building internal and external business partnerships; develops and leverages key relationships in order to assist with the needs and objectives of stakeholders
• Experience in leading the aspects of the management reporting (e.g., monthly financial results, quarterly forecasting, annual budgets)
• Experience in consulting and providing advice and feedback to the business on risk and opportunity considerations, leveraging advanced analytical techniques as well as outside trends and events
• Experience in financial systems and applications; serves as a resource to those less experienced (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle)
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvement activities; makes recommendations to further improve procedures
• Successfully resolves complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Successfully embodies change management; executes corporate cultural initiatives, enhancing the support of an ever-evolving environment to fulfill corporate goals and objectives
