Role

• Oversee production support activities for MasterCard Core applications
• Lead in Business Operations efforts (speed to resolution, bridging the gap between business partners, developers, SLA management, and key support teams. Lead activities include but are not limited to reporting, process enhancement, offshore oversight, and process implementation.
• Create detailed automation test plans, maintain timetables, and set deliverable dates.
• Implement, enhance, and enforce consistent company and department Business Ops practices
• Apply technical and business knowledge to effectively support MasterCard Core applications
• Share application knowledge and mentoring team members.

All About You

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of File Transfer technologies and batch applications
• Strong understanding of all phases of a Software Development Life Cycle
• Deliver time-saving process improvements that will be repeatable, maintainable, valuable, and fit into MasterCard's Business Operations vision.
• Exceptional communication skills required

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
