Job Title

Director, Strategy & Transformation – Strategy, Excellence and Business Ops Team (IMK Co-Presidents' Office)Director, Strategy & Transformation will work with teams in the SEO and across BUs / regions within IMK to identify, and will often implement, potential solutions for a specific MA opportunity or challenge. Together with the project teams, this individual will work on key strategic priorities within the IMK region with real strategic impact

Over the course of each project, the individual is expected to gather and analyze information, formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. The Director will also present results to IMK management and implement recommendations in collaboration with relevant team members.
Reporting to: SVP, Strategy, Excellence and Operations Team (first 9 months), then Director, Strategy SEO

Key responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of IMK's execution framework against global strategy
• Leading the identification of key strategic priorities for IMK
• Develop a project roadmap to meet strategic targets and financial promises of the IMK teams
• Lead key projects every quarter with participation from subject matter experts within IMK e.g. B2B strategy and with regional teams, as required
• Act as a consultant to the organization guiding and driving key pan-IMK strategic projects
• Management of a team of 2
• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
• Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and IMK functions / regions to act
• Establish trust-based relationships with internal clients to better serve their organizations
• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
• Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values

Key skills required:
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record; Advanced degree or MBA is preferred
• Experience of business management or consulting experience in a reputed company
• Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
• Ideally need expertise in financial services and payments
• Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to strategy, business development and project management
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment
• Initiative taker, eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others
• Willingness to take personal risks - as seen through leadership roles - in work environment and extracurricular activities
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Fluency in English is a must
