Director, Partner MarketingOverview
Reporting to the Vice President, B2B Marketing, the Director of Partner Marketing plays a critical role as part of the US Integrated Marketing & Communications (IMC) B2B marketing team. The Director, Partner Marketing will lead the development of strategic marketing plans and initiatives to grow the business and brand, and deliver value to our Digital Merchant and Fintech relationships.

Role:
• Critical to this position is the ability to lead strategic marketing planning for the Digital Partner account teams and to nurture collaborative business relationships with our Digital Merchant and Fintech partners
• Support the growth of our brand and business by participating in the new business process with potential and existing partners to win partner deals and generate added marketing value
• In partnership with Account Management team, identify strategic marketing opportunities and lead the development and delivery of world class marketing programs in support of key Mastercard products, solutions and marketing platforms aligned to NAM business priorities
• Define and track partner marketing success measures and reporting methodology. Influence marketing investment strategy supported by business cases, process and proof of ROI to maximize efficiencies across all marketing activity
• Proactively identify, develop and implement effective partner marketing programs in partnership with Mastercard Data & Services, designed to meet customer objectives and Mastercard business priorities
• Promote Mastercard's retail/commerce and digital innovations (including livestream shopping, IOT, voice commerce, etc)
• Play a critical role in demonstrating the value of our Priceless Brand campaign and platforms to our partners, and leading on partnership innovation, sonic branding and beyond.
• Work closely with fellow IMC disciplines including Consumer Marketing, Sponsorships, Media, Communications and Marketing Strategy/Services; both locally and globally

-Knowledge of financial technology & payments business is a big plus
