Role
-Manage an existing regional portfolio of clients, whilst maintaining and growing revenue volumes.
-Working alongside Sales Director, to identify and win new revenue opportunities on both existing and new accounts.
-Liaising with billing teams to ensure invoices are recorded accurately and any disputes resolved promptly.
-Working with the customer service team to ensure any complex data issues are resolved.
-Working with internal stakeholders on the completion of projects to increase Ethoca revenues.
-Generating new business and commercial opportunities through development of payment service provider (PSP)relationships.
-Negotiate commercial terms with prospective channel partners, striking the right commercial terms based on the overall value contribution to the Ethoca network.
-Product, API and data request support by conducting a “deeper dive into the data” requests related to revenue growth and optimization opportunities, running Historical Reports and ROIs as needed, etc.
-Salesforce administrative duties, including creating new contract requests and sending to prospects.
-Legal support such as requesting and following through on NDAs, requesting contracts, drafting with legal, etc.
-Event and marketing support by assisting with marketing collateral creation and optimization, conducting research of viable prospects, as well participation in organizing customer meetings and events etc.

• This customer centric individual will support Ethoca's global sales directors and respective channel partner customers.
• Candidate is organized with a strong analytical background that will assist in solving customers' data performance challenges.
• Ideally has a background in payments and thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Very responsive to internal and external customer needs and demonstrates strong organizational skills
• Motivated to assist in improving and optimizing customer accounts.
• Salesforce experience is ideal.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel once per quarter.
