About the Role
You will be a member of the Global Open Banking Network Services product team. This team is focused on building open banking solutions that address market needs around customer experience, fraud, and account-to-account (A2A) payments globally. As a member of this team, you will help deliver on our Open Banking payments product strategy through various Account-to-Account (A2A) initiatives globally, helping to define the long term and short term product roadmap, and managing the day-to-day delivery and execution of that roadmap.
In this role, you will:
• Support the research, evaluation, and formation of the business unit's long term strategic roadmap
• Support the creation, prioritization, and planning of the product roadmap
• Manage and contribute towards the development, launch, and scaling of products
• Communicate product progress and performance to key stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for product optimization across markets
• Stay informed on Open Banking industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape to refine product positioning
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• Experience with developing, launching, or commercializing consumer or commercial software products
• Experience leading and adding value to cross-functional teams
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated success in building relationships across cross-functional teams and working independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of the software engineering lifecycle and ability to design scalable and easy to use software
• Working knowledge of APIs
